Integrasi Zoho CRM dengan Sistem Telephone

Zoho CRM membuka lebar integrasi dengan banyak sistem lain. Untuk mendukung layanan call center atau telemarketing yang efektif diperlukan integrasi dengan sistem telephone. Sistem telephone akan menangani proses dialer, connection, voice recorder and logger. Sedangkan Zoho CRM akan menangani proses database, menampilkan data customer, mencatat komplain atau permintaan customer dan logger. Integrasi yang mulus sangat diperlukan disini karena begitu derasnya panggilan telepon yang masuk atau keluar sehingga hanya layak jika proses logger dikerjakan oleh mesin atau komputer.
